Holliday Bickerstaffe Kendall

Holliday Bickerstaff Kendall , was a Primitive Methodist Minister, President of the Conference . Editor , Author and Historian. Kendall wrote three separate histories of the Primitive Methodist Church which became to be regarded as the difinitive history of the Church.

He was born onAugust 1844 at Wakefield. He was the only child of Rev Charles Kendall and Sarah Bickerstaffe. He was named after a friend of the family, Rev. Thomas Holliday, and his mothers family, Bickerstaffe.
